Schedule a meeting

You can schedule a meeting for a certain time in future. The scheduled meeting will be visible in your Calendar and Upcoming conferences tab.

  1. To schedule a conference, click New > Conference or Conferences and select Schedule a meeting.

  2. Enter name of the conference, dates, add attendees' emails.

  3. Enter notes about the conference that will appear in the invitation.

  4. If you click Show more options the conference will be opened in a New calendar entry dialog (see Calendar).

  5. Attendees receive invitation emails, where they can either accept or decline the invitation.

Options:

  • Password protection: enable to ask for the password to join the conference

  • Auto enable recording: enable to automatically start recording the conference after start

  • Turn on Lobby: enable to restrict participants from joining the conference without the moderator's permission
